RPM generated for index package has incorrect dependencies

The RPM generated for index package has incorrect dependencies. When deploying the index rpms, we get errors like:

ERROR   : LHCB_53.1_index-None-None dependency of BOOLE_v43r0_index-1.0.0-1 cannot be satisfied
ERROR   : LBCOM_33.1_index-None-None dependency of BOOLE_v43r0_index-1.0.0-1 cannot be satisfied
ERROR   : GAUDI_36.0_index-None-None dependency of BOOLE_v43r0_index-1.0.0-1 cannot be satisfied
ERROR   : LHCB_53.1_index-None-None dependency of LBCOM_v33r1_index-1.0.0-1 cannot be satisfied
ERROR   : GAUDI_36.0_index-None-None dependency of LBCOM_v33r1_index-1.0.0-1 cannot be satisfied
ERROR   : GAUDI_36.0_index-None-None dependency of LHCB_v53r1_index-1.0.0-1 cannot be satisfied
