Add pyhepmc to the default environment

I suggest including pyhepmc into default since this would allow people to run pythia8 and dump the output into a HepMC file given no Pythonic binding is available in the original Pythia release.

The package pyhepmc is now present in conda-forge and !139 (merged) succeeded the pipeline and marked as ready.
