Create lb-conda environment for PIDGen/PIDCorr tools

I would like to ask a lb-conda environment for PIDGen/PIDCorr tools, which currently reside in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-rta/pidcalib-developments/-/tree/master/pidgen

The .yml file that I currently use to set up things in conda is here: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-rta/pidcalib-developments/-/blob/master/env.yml

The question is, do we want a common environment with PIDCalib or a separate one? I guess this depends on whether there are big overlaps in the set of packages.
