Rapidsim bug fix

I found an issue with seeded (an unseeded) Rapidsim generation (with EvtGen) and propose a fix in a fork of Rapidsim: Rapidsim:PR!76. This issue is quite critical as it prevents the generation of independent samples. If I am correct the issue appears when compiling Rapidsim with ROOT version >6.24/00

Could it be possible to change the source code of Rapidsim to the proposed one in the lb-conda rapidsim environment? Thanks
