lbinstall refuses to "download" an already installed rpm

If I ask lbinstall to download, I would prefer it does it even if it's already installed, instead I get:

$ lbinstall download gcc_6.2.0_x86_64_centos7
WARNING : gcc_6.2.0_x86_64_centos7-3.0.0-1 already installed
