Update Pythia8 to the patched version fro LCG_101_LHCB_7

The following discussion from !78 (merged) should be addressed:

    The version of Pythia8 listed here is the one with degraded performance. Once the new build is deployed to /cvmfs/lhcb.cern.ch, we have to update the version used here.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
