Merge contents of Lhcb/lhcb-benchmark-script
We are trying to move to a single repo for these scripts, thus importing the changes from the lhcb owned project.
This version is lhcb-core's master rebased on lhcb's master.
There are some thing like the runTest.py that doesn't work in the current version but will be adapted anyhow.
Also since the nightlies test still uses the prconfig options this should not have an impact.
