Organisation of lhcb-datapkg/AnalysisProductions repository

This repository is potentially going to become huge. We need to introduce some structure. We should foresee at least 2 main use-cases - PAWG productions and user productions. This calls for a structure of the kind (using the official PAWG and PPWG names):

WGs/
  Charm/
  ...
users/
  cburr/
  erodrigu/

What I see at present is already "scary", with already 7 semi-random directories. Can we please set this structure and move these 7 directories to relevant places?

BTW, in these YAML info files, are the possible values of fields such as "wg" tested for known/allowed values? Some "scoping" is always good.
