2024 Data file for throughput tests should be replaced

The file added in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig/-/blob/ff4e9f3d4a32876f8b3af521f50414e406bc99fe/python/PRConfig/TestFileDB.py suffers from wrong mu values is probably more at mu=6 than mu=5. A new file with mu=5 (or mu=5.5) must be found.
