[RTA/DPA BW Tests] Automatically track RawBanks to persist

@sstahl found a bug, a rawbank not updated, fixed in !440 (merged)

We should think how better to insulate ourselves from this becoming out of sync in the future.

Probably quite low priority, these change only rarely
