Rate tests are too slow

Looking at the last few ci-tests the rate test results were posted 3 days after the ci-test was launched...

That's obviously way too slow. The machine that runs these is currently still super swamped trying to catch up.
But given that the two tests together take on average >3h it just doesn't seem very feasible to launch these for every ci-tests.

Maybe it's better to just launch them once every night on lhcb-master?
