Custom tagging feedback

1. A way to do this algorithmically from the command line
2. A way to rescale the tree display to see obscured sample groups
3. The tree display appears to filter the sample display but not the other way around, making it a bit confusing to know what selections have been applied
4. The deployment version is not available in the tree display
5. Filter the sample display by more than one search term
6. A more obvious way to clear the selections applied in tree display (the path at the top of the screen isn't visually linked to the tree display)
7. Inclusion of the names of the tags in the sample display, not just their values, perhaps by hovering over them with the cursor
8. Clicking on the names in the tree display does not descend the tree, but clicking in the box does. Some kind of visual cue for this behavior or some guidance on the page would be useful.
