Release of the new MUI website: teething bugs or missing features

This issue is the place to keep track of bugs, missing features, or "nice to have" features. Please feel free to report here and I'll add it to the list.

Site-wide

• Fixing bad redirects
• OIDC redirects fixed
• OIDC: persistence of session and tokens is not very robust
• More advanced search and filtering
• Bad redirects "This should not be visible"

Styling

• Dark Mode: Owners component doesn't support dark mode 🤦 !111 (merged)
• JSROOT Browser needs dark mode styling

Misc (very important)

• Our mascot !!! !112 (merged)

Mobile app

• Banner makes the site unusable
• Unfinished sections (oops...!)
• Bad ordering of components e.g. status should be shown before tables

Pipelines

• Pipelines: log viewer tabs are not scrollable easily
• Pipelines: Filter logs and resource plot on selected step
• Pipelines: Launched by me --> query DB for them ow

Sample Browser

• Samples Browser: Search by Transformation ID on samples page
• Owners: show a message to contact DPA-WP2 if no karma to edit list
• Pipelines: Add output file download button #56 (closed)

Analysis Browser

• Archive button on Analysis Browser
• Analysis Browser: change pie chart to be by analysis
• Analysis Browser:Filter by WG --> make button less janky

Single Sample Viewer

• Single Sample Viewer: link back to pipeline
• Single Sample Viewer: sample tags dedicated line, smaller (maybe sidebar?)
• Housekeeping: endpoint doesn't exist yet
