Initial support Run 3 DaVinci

Initial support for Run 3 DaVinci needs to be implemented before the Run 3 Starterkit in mid March. This will initially be done using the compatibility fallback:

This is currently blocked by getting the data from the February FEST campaign, see for example https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/189.
