Filter options for decay search

In lhcb-dpa/wp6-analysis-preservation-and-open-data/lhcb-ntuple-wizard!13 we introduced "tags" on decays which indicate things like wrong-sign combinations, lepton flavour/number or baryon number violation, etc. This is intended to be used to filter decays in the decay search.

Each tag should have a ternary option: "show decays which...", "hide decays which..." or "show only decays which..."
