Deletion of samples corresponding to EventType 37103001 (K+_pipipi=TightCut.dec)

While submitting new MC requests with EventType 37103001, the pipeline failed due to an improperly closed string. This issue has been resolved in this MR. Since the corresponding DST files (listed below) are not currently in use, it would be best to delete them to avoid confusion and proceed with the requests with the updated EventType.
