AlignTrTools.hlt2_reco_for_alignment_magnet_off failing across platforms

After merging lhcb-conddb/lhcb-conditions-database!168 (merged), the following error appears on AlignTrTools.hlt2_reco_for_alignment_magnet_off, see for example https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/nightly/lhcb-2024-patches-mr/1442/Alignment/x86_64_v2-el9-gcc13-opt/tests#AlignTrTools_hlt2_reco_for_alignment_magnet_off

to fix this and avoid possible issues with offline processing, I'll create the missing symbolic links by hand

Thanks @freiss ! Pinging also @nskidmor since I think the main place where this may cause an issue until fixed is sprucing

I created the link 298000 -> ../.pool/v1 in /group/online/hlt/conditions.run3/lhcb-conditions-database/Conditions/FT/matContraction.yml/298000. v1 should be the correct version from run 296170 until run 298763.

I believe this was the only thing to fix, but should be double-checked
