Separate geometry and parameters directories

Currently, all non-event input data, such as dumped geometry information and parameters of trained models are stored in the directories input/detector_configuration/down, input/detector_configuration/up etc. But information about the geometry should be separated from model parameters, as the latter are not extracted automatically for every geometry version.
