Throughput job failure

Since the merge of the Retina branch, there is a failing job:

This is also seen in other MRs now (eg. https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Allen/-/jobs/20053973, https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Allen/-/jobs/20054150).

It looks like a throughput ref file is missing.
