Configuration of TransposeRawBanks with Gaudi-Allen

Issue for discussing configuration of TransposeRawBanks through Gaudi (Gaudi-Allen). In Gaudi-Allen, there is currently no automatic configuration of TransposeRawBanks consistent with either the input expected by a configured Allen dataflow or the contents of the data file being read. Configuration can be done by hand through binding the rawbank_list list parameter of AllenCore.generator.make_transposed_raw_banks, but it is fragile.
