Remove GEC from the default HLT1 sequence

With two GPUs per event building server, there should be enough margin to remove the GEC as default option in HLT1.

  • Remove GEC from default sequence
  • Study impact on selection efficiency for Z -> Mu Mu and other processes impacted by the GEC -> are dedicated reconstruction configurations still needed?
