Define meaningful physics routing bit

We should define a set of physics HLT1 lines that are associated to the physics routing bit and that is stable (or define a set of lines that are excluded from the physics routing bit). I will have a thought tonight on a set of lines.

CAVEAT: for special runs (like VdM etc.) the physics routing bit is changed and needs to be overridden.

Positively defined I suggest the following lines (skipping single decay and drellyan lines):
