Need Beam-Gas routing bit

Decided to have yet another RecoMon instance for Beam-Gas interactions (in particular or PbSMOG). For that need a BeamGas routing bit to filter on. I don't quite know where the routing bit is defined yet, but this should be put in:

• Hlt1HeavyIonPbSMOGMBOneTrack
• Hlt1HeavyIonPbSMOGHadronic (available with !1339 (merged))

It might be valuable then at the same time directly include the p-SMOG ones:
