Very low HLT1 trigger efficiency in realistic-23 MC compared with expected-23 MC

Running the realistic-23 MC with the same reconstruction sequence as we used in the expected-23 MC, a much lower HLT1 trigger efficiency was found.

Was there any big changes in Allen that could affect this? Is it related to the beam line position change in the simulation?
