Cleanup Allen ci tests

It would be good to clean-up a bit the Allen ci tests, as they are starting to take quite a lot of time.

Ideas on things to consolidate / remove:

• Remove tests on SciFi v6 samples
• Consolidate pp and pp + SMOG2 sequences (in any case, the SMOG2 flag should always be enabled)
• Remove partial throughput tests (they are tested in the full sequences anyway): calo, scifi_decoding, muon_decoding, downstream
