Allen crashes on 30th of June - 1st of July

the stack trace looks like an issue with the error bank filter. On Sunday night, there was an issue with the error MEP dumping, but today this seems fixed so there are some MEPs in /hlt2/errors/LHCb (runs 299795 and 299796). @rmatev has checked that online those errors are the same as the ones of Sunday evening.
