Update of the test file for the rich sequence testing in Allen CI

Allen CI currently tests the rich sequence developments are being on Run_0000248711_HLT20840_20221011-113809-426, a run with the VELO open, according to the RunDB. We should move to a run with VELO closed, which makes more sense.
