Hlt1Pi02GammaGamma also triggers with 0 PVs

The Hlt1Pi02GammaGamma has a n_pvs <= 1 cut, but it should not trigger with n_pvs == 0 since these events are not used for calibration. This should not be a big issue since two ECAL clusters forming a pi0 should not happen often when n_pvs == 0.
