WIP: MatchUpstreamMuon CPU algorithm

In the last months @abrearod and I have been working on the implementation of this algorithm in the framework.

The purpose of the algorithm is to filter those VeloUT tracks that don't match, with a certain criterion, to muon hits.

Modules added:

  • x86/muon/match_upstream_muon/
  • stream/visitors/muon/MatchUpstreamMuon.cu

Code still needs to be cleaned up and probably there will be some mistakes but we would like to hear some feedback.
