FunctorCollection: "remove" should be renamed

As pointed out by @clemenci, remove in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Analysis/-/blob/master/Phys/FunTuple/python/FunTuple/FunctorCollection.py#L26 is not the right syntax if it emulates dictionaries. Dictionaries do del.
