Make the PID types to fill in TupleToolANNPID a configurable property

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge TupleToolANNPID-MakePIDTypesConfigurable into 2018-patches

Updates TupleToolANNPID to allow the user to choose what PID types to fill.

Added primarily to allow Deuteron to be optionally filled, which is now available as an option in Rec!997 (merged). By default the list is the same as previously hardcoded.

Please, can this also be pushed to master once merged.
