Add chronoDelta branch to TupleToolEventInfo

CVS_addChronoDelta into run2-patches
  • Add a property to TupleToolEventInfo named Algorithms.
  • If Algorithms is not empty, chronoSvc()->chronoDelta for each algorithm will be summed up.
  • This value will be saved into a branch named chronoDelta.
