Boole DD4hep Muon nightly tests failing in lhcb-sim11 slot

With Detector!720 (merged) we have correctly added low-energy background hits in Boole DD4hep and everything works fine in the lhcb-master slot.

@mexu to fix it also in the lhcb-sim11 slot we need to cherry-pick this Detector MR to lcg-105-compact, correct?
