Boole release to include !349 in new MC Upgrade productions
A new Boole release is needed to include !349 (merged) in order to have in the newly Upgrade MC produced both Standard (Velo SuperPixel) and Retina (Velo Cluster) banks for the Velo. This was discussed on the RTA-Sim meeting https://indico.cern.ch/event/1038494/
