Update MiniBrunelConfiguration file and add a set of miniBrunel HLT1_DispacedTrack Reconstruction tests
In this MR i integrated the changes done in TrackSys package and make them directly configured in MiniBrunel, i.e. avoid several appendPostConfigAction.
I also included in the option folder a set of test for the HLT1_DispacedTrack Reconstruction ( for Throughput measurements ) and for PrChecker to run., as well as the Default reconstruction with looser PT and no IP cut applied.
I tested locally some of the nightly tests and they were not failing when including with this also the Rec!1188 (merged). They need to be merged together indeed.
Basically to reproduce the TDR tests there is now a script added where only tracking HLT1 is executed. @cattanem , it would be nice to add those tests in the nightly once this MR is accepted ( together with Rec!1188 (merged) )
