Modernize NameAuditor test

Replace brunel-mc10-withtruth test with new brunel-upgrade-check-mcsequence test, which enables NameAuditor to check any changes in calls to algorithm methods in the default Upgrade sequence with MCTruth enabled. Test is insensitive to any other changes in the output.

With the removal of brunel-mc10-withtruth, no test is left checking the Brunel().RecL0Only option, which is meaningless for upgrade and can be removed from Brunel/master.
