WIP: iterable PVs
This MR follows up on the changes in
- LHCb!2257 (closed)
- Rec!1831 (closed)
- (for reference of the complete set Moore!333 (closed))
That is, the conversion from new style PVs to old style PVs is added to the MC checking sequence to allow using the PV MC checker afterwards (should we want this in the options by default)
