DaVinci docs missing setup information

For the DV documentation (https://lhcb-davinci.docs.cern.ch/index.html), there is no mention of needing the setup for using the tutorials. Therefore, when users go directly to the tutorial links and try to follow the how-to's, this does not work out of the box.
