Adding a mandatory filter in Run3 jobs

I just had an issue in an Analysis Production where (at least for me) it was not clear what went wrong (here an example pipeline) but looking at the examples it seems we need to add a filter to ensure that the location exists for all events.

Maybe it makes sense to make this mandatory altogether.
