tes_root_for_tistos not working with TurboSpruce

When tes_root_for_tistos() is used in Hlt2 TISTOS, it gives error: Requested ROOT_TES for TISTOS for input process TurboSpruce. This is not supported. Please check!. As a temporary workaround, we replaced tes_root_for_tistos() with hardcoded /Event/Turbo in the DaVinci script.
