Create a validation test for the new T-Track functors: GSIP, NONLINEAR_DOCA

The new T-Track functors are proposed in the Rec!4542.

As proposed in this comment, we need to have some validation testing in the CI. Since the new functors are complex, the best way to test them is using a DaVinci test. Given the fact that the MR is targeting 2025-patches, the corresponding DaVinci MR should be merged once the synchronization with master is completed.
