Make MCDecayFinder independent of LoKi
@sponce is looking to move away from LoKi for the MCDecayFinder as this introduces problems with new compilers and multithreaded code.
The DecayFinder is already independent of LoKi and the code also supports MCParticles but that needs to be extended for generic symbols (e.g. Xc to represent a particle with charm valence quark) and different arrow types (e.g. =>, -->, etc).
