Enhance davinci script with a template for option inputfiledb?

As we know from feedback, running the davinci script with --inputfiledb and --joboptfile can "demand" some work on the users since 2 files need to be provided. It might be helpful to enhance davinci with an option that creates a template of the 2 files, say davinci --inputfiledb-template.
