BKGCAT tool not working

It seems that the BKGCAT tool is not functional. It only returns 60 for both mother and intermediate particles. The TRUE variables, particularly TRUEID seem reasonable

I have created scripts to show this. On Master stack

• Run Moore HLT2 script. The selection line decay descriptor matches the DecFile decay descriptor
• Run DaVinci options file where data.yaml is
