Beam pipe support structure inside the Magnet shifted in z

Summary

Beam pipe support structure inside the MagnetRegion appears to be shifted in towards positive "z" by a few meters.

Steps to reproduce

On lxplus it can be problematic to forward a correct port for visualisation, but on a local machine you can:

1. Pull and build the project
2. Turn off visibility of other Regions in Detector/compact/trunk/Regions/parameters.xml
3. Run visualisation
