version materials/common

After !536 (merged), we need to extract the materials part from common, then version materials or common. Becasue there are still some hard code of the version setting at common.xml, see https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Detector/-/blob/master/compact/common/global/common.xml?ref_type=heads.
