Update of Gauss Tests

Many tests are failing due to one line differences in logs being checked. Proposed Updates

• Remove all but necessary Pythia6 tests
• Move DecFiles version tests to Major version only, with dedicated test to check minor versions
• Move explicit reference checking to something smarter
• Remove redundant tests
