LbMadGraph configurable

Wwrite a python function that has all arguments needed to set the preprocessing of MadGraph,i.e MadgraphProduction.Events but also the process/event type if this depend on it. The Gauss() configurable will then call this function and pass the relevant information. Issue extracted from the discussion:
