Release of Gauss v56r0 for Sim10

This release is based based on Gauss v55r4 and introduce new functionality. In also introduce the use of the new cmake and formatting. Some modernisation to ease maintenance and the transition to Gauss-on-Gaussino is put in place.

It is based on the latest possible compatible Gaudi and LHCb as April 2022 July 2022 (branch LHCb sim10-patches and uses LCG_101 with the LHCB_7 layer.

It requires a new release of Geant4 v106r2p6 with new gitlab structure and cmake build exploiting that of Geant4 itself. --> RENAMED TO v10r6p2t6

It also provides new features for

• SMOG and pp collisions concurrent production
