Libraries and files needed by Geant4 v11.2.1 (Geant!107)

The new geant4 version --> v11.2.1 (see !107 ) requires the following external libraries and G4 data files. They need to be added to the core software. For the libraries: ZLIB 1.2.13 PTL 2.3.3 the libraries EXPAT 2.4.9 and CLHEP 2.4.6.0 are already in the system.
